A $1/share per day fine for every stock on the REG SHO list would clean up the market real quick like.

Another stock I own has 20 million shares in the float and 50 MILLION shares shorted.

And the SEC sleeps. It's plain investor theft but Mm's are NEVER fined for pulling these illegal tactics.
