ok. lol if you say so. see if you can get the transfer agent to confirm the tapped out authorized. then, look at the filings and tell me what kind of revenues and cash they have. then, tell me how they are going to make ANY kind of deal or transaction without raising the authorized or doing a r/s or both. then, tell me, where the value is in buying this stock, other than a rumor of a r/m, which they are not in a position to do without raising the authorized at MINIMUM and taking on new convertible debt. txhe is not a buy here.
