This is false, do not leave these poor investors hanging onto something that WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Let's first agree that the company and the company stock are 2 distinct and separate entities.

Now, regardless what the company does, FINRA will never approve a sponsored Form 211 to get revo stock trading again on a legitimate market with Market Makers. There are years of historical evidence and thousands of tickers suspended for security fraud violations and only 2 - 3 have ever had the 211 approved.
