I'm confused...so MHL was DBA VIP and also owned Vapestick but they are not in admin. Is Vapestick considered in admin because they are ultimately owned by MHL?
How is this all legal? I always felt like we had some security in ECIG due to the fact that VIP/Vapestick were flourishing in the markets outside the US and then FIN would come around once the FDA settled down? %$*#
