He's just biding time for the ticker to auto delist, about a year out, less complicated than BK, simply disappear...outside of personal guarantees he may have given, can't recover that which doesn't exist. Plus, unlikely he himself has any tangible recoverable assets...worth a check to see who holds title on his personal home on a slow day...odds are, his wife, or its maxed, also protected by personal BK, also worth checking for IMO if bored...
