As far as the details Spoke was looking for, that report went to target customers. I put a lot of credence in Dr Kerpez's statement, "I was impressed with the scope of Rim Semi's Embarq(TM) solution," said Dr. Kenneth Kerpez, senior scientist at Telcordia. "We found that their technology offers multiple fields of innovation, offering significant improvement in both the amount and quality of bandwidth that can be carried over copper. Due to these breakthrough performance gains, telcos now have a cost-effective way to meet their business goals including deployment of triple play broadband services." and "Rim Semiconductor has developed a new and very different very-high-speed DSL that achieves higher bit rates than VDSL2 on both short and long loops," says Dr. Kenneth J. Kerpez, senior scientist, Applied Research, Telcordia Technologies. "Carriers now have a powerful tool to offer a full range of services. The technology from Rim Semiconductor also has unique capabilities for carriers, including efficient modulation technology for higher speed transmission, and an on-the-fly adaptive equalization to limit noise that can cause service disruption on a line carrying IPTV signals."
Of course we are relying on Dr Kerpez and Telcordia being reputable and independent. I still balance this against my persistent distrust of Spokeshave. He just seems too good to be true (and unbiased) if he is as good as he says he is, he should be too busy to spend "any" time caring for the investors of a company and technology he has never believed in. Is our story just too compelling? It is more likely to me that he has some interest in the company failing. My apologies to you Spoke if you are who and what you say you are and only have our best interests at heart. I just feel that is unlikely.
