E-MAIL back from INTERSTATE TREATING, Inc:

It is a proposed project up for permitting and financing, not sure what the probability of completion is. I do know both parties are confident it will happen! Thanks Ronnie

Subject: Permian Basin projects

Good afternoon,

I’m inquiring about what looks to be a possible subcontracting deal for your company with a refinery being talked about being built in the Permian Basin region in 2018. I think the company is called KPE engineering and MMEX resources?

This was just announced only a week ago, but was curious if this is actually fact or fantasy? Any information you are able to release would be great.

Thank you.

I will be following with some other links I found last night pertaining to permits and a possible method used by other prospectors for financing and wondering if any of you guru's would know if that way could possibly be in play? As of now, I'm not seeing anything pending in that county from MMEX, so with 1/4 of 2017 already gone, I would think both financing and permits would need to be secured relatively soon for a early 2018 construction start date. $450 million is A LOT of money!!!

I'm not sure why you would reach out to both an engineering company AND fabrication company if you were going to cry wolf? I realize both companies are probably aware it may NOT come to fruition and EVERYTHING is based on financing and permits. Financing BEFORE permits as why even apply if you wouldn't have the money?????
