Lease for the Hotel ends July 14 2017. They paid $30k upfront, non refundable unless they make use of the buyout option which can be used towards the purchase of the hotel. Hotel, as is, is valued at about ~$2m, most likely won't buy it
Fiscal year ends April 30th for them, so hopefully, HOPEFULLY, we see a 10q or 10k.
I do know people who have been to the Bud and Breakfast, the most popular one, and they don't remember seeing a lot of people there at the time. I also believe, according to yelp, that 2 of their 3 locations is closed now. They only list one location on their website, so that could be confirmation.
