sometime in the last 3 yrs. I would have to go back thru my emails to the TA to narrow it down. It was never announced. I imagine it was done when the dory shares which were the numbers you first put up, where put back into the company. Bottom line when a company increases AS from 200mil to 2 billion it indicates they intend to dilute. In the case of HSCC they did the opposite took the AS from 2 bil to 200mil, sends a strong signal to shareholders they aren't a dilution machine
