Agreed. Also a lot of employees will buy immediately - likely this week. Since the shares and warrants are extended to future employees you are going to alienate the plant workforce. NO WAY they do an R/S and screw over workers who were hired from day one while rewarding newbies. Imagine standing in an assembly line with the new guy next to you who is worth 50 times you are? AWKWARD
