You honestly think this is a tom dick and harry medical company? They've been in business for almost 20 years. Get real...

Better question is how many companies applied for RMAT designation? I bet every tom dick and harry medical company applied for one... what do they have to lose?



They've only given out one designation because it's only been 10 weeks since the program started. How quickly do you think the FDA works??

But the FDA isn't giving out RMAT's like Halloween candy. They've given out one RMAT... only one!

I tried being resonable, I didn't like it.
