I wonder if they'll just convert these at some point to preferred shares. Otherwise their equity will take a dump too in a year. I don't think anybody involved wants that. I would expect to see that PR soon too. RS doesn't make any sense in this case. As long as people understand that, we're good here. If not, buying op! Lol
