Does Anyone have a subscription to the Financial Times? Want to read last month's article titled:

"Electric cars: China’s battle for the battery market -Beijing invests billions to try to squeeze out Japanese and South Korean rivals"

Just seems with a ton of articles on the subject this Spring, as well as the rise of DOLV, that both are connected. Plus, we know that the Chinese Gov't won't let a chinese company do anything outside it's borders without their approval and blessing....(read this last sentence again).
