It looks great. Not one single share can be sold by any of the owning party for 1 year. It's better than I thought. My only concern here was how the acquisition was made. These guys agreeing to common shares that can't be sold for a year is amazing news. No way that they will split or take on toxic debt imo. Too much at stake for them now. And they paid off $2.3 million in debt. Don't let these guys fool you...
