Wouldn't it already happen today? It like hmmm do I buy at $.10 in two weeks or $.03-$.04 today now super cheap? None of this makes any sense! Also it said takes 2 weeks to complete financial restructure and merger. So would all of China or whoever has a OTC account buy today at $.03-$.04??? Well whatever we all know shorts can't resist this tomorrow it will spike dip then churn and repeat!
