GTCs do not matter as depending on the broker vary on the length in which they exist. Further it is complete bullshit to state that all shareholders are known currently and where they have have their sell order. The sample group here is small and ignores the obvious "traders" who don't care about the fictitous bullshit story spewed by the company and its ignorant or complicit promoters.
