Earlier today I put in a trade at .0047 to kick CDEL. The trade partially filled 10k and sat unfilled for minutes while CDEL was sitting on the ask at .0047. I put in another order at .0047 for 100k. The second order filled 5k on CDEL and stopped. Both orders sat for 5 minutes.
When CDEL leaves, or gets the shares he needs, this will move more naturally again. Until then it is up to the company to provide momentum, news, filings to spark buying pressure. Selling has mostly dried up.
