Is this accurate?
Not sure how to add a screenshot but on TD Ameritrade:

Market Cap: 744k
Shares Outstanding: 40.9M

This is crazy because doesn't that mean if this company gets bought out or whatever for let's say as little as $1 per share, it'll only cost the acquirers $40.9M. And from what it looks like, this company is going to be worth way more than that (let's say $400M so $10 per share). Am I missing a piece of the puzzle? Miscalculating? This seems too unrealistic to be true. Enlighten me here.
