Look at the trades today, about 10 to 1 sells to buys. Looks like a selloff to me, those selling are getting out slowly so we don't take this down to no bid. Face it, it's over, Warren hasn't responded to one email or done anything that would indicate he is still in business. Posting an 8K to say you will be late in filings is a cheap way of putting off the end result that this stock is done.
