Question to the board, after reading the latest PR where Steve stated "we are protecting our joint venture interests", does this mean that we may see a larger unexpected audit in a few weeks to include Consultech earnings? if the reverse merger went through as stated in another PR where it states that after the Loftworks merger, then Consultech merger will be finished.... any thoughts, opinions....
