The big question is does the cartridge work?? If it does work, what is it best for? If the company knows that its sepsis, then move forward with a trial. Is the company's focus getting spread too thin with focus on bigger beads, heart surgery, cancer, sepsis, other random diseases, deal making with partners, marketing, conferences, case studies?

I'm long but am not sure what the next move is... (Feel free to reply with other pros and cons or questions)

Pros:
- partnerships with major distributors
- 1 major hospital in Germany is using it
- Seemingly good long term revenue and break even within 1-2 years (according to management, which just sucker punched longs)

Unknown:
- SOC in Germany
- US approval process (cost, timeline)
- Efficacy data (What does Refresh I show?)
- Why dilute now?
- Why issue shares at a discount?
- What will it take the share price to recover?
- Are we going to get some news soon about the dilution, next steps, anything?

Cons:
- Just got kicked in the walnuts.
- Price continues to decline (below the offer level)
