Seriously, I have spoke to the shareholders rep and written to them.... Dr Frosts comments at the last earnings call astounded me!!! His praise of their progress was. Just not on target IMO!! The missing of the animal products is just another WHO CARES!!!! IMO. Things happen .... YAWN...... type of attitude!!!!

While OPK BY FAR is my largest holding.... it has cost me... lost out on some good moves!! PErsonally I believe Frost is not in any rush on many issues... he will just keep buying... and building. And knows he cannot sell on the market... so why care about stock price.... !!! When he gets an offer to be bought out by some Company who sees the REAL POTENTIAL if properly managed.... he will make a bundle... or at least the family Trust will!!!! I no longer think that he is managing this properly for shareholders who want share price increases..... so over time will reduce my holdings.....

I look also at some holdings like RXII. Where we just put more money into.....!!! OPK has been investing for years there and nothing back as far as I can see!!!! Another one OPK and Frost own funds were piut into... I saw Frost sold some at a profit... but OPK. I didn't see and selling....

Then the seemingly leak to analysts about expectations on Rayaldee but not to US!!! I strongly suggest that people listen to or read the last earnings call!!!! Listen how analyst mentions failure to meet script expectations!! Also listen to the response on the question on when the new report for 4K to get approval... something like SOMETIME THIS SUUMER WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE A DATE!!!!! Tells me poor management.....

I am waiting for next earnings..... selling only small quantities.... like sold 300 a couple of days ago.... but think the BOD is doing a POOR JOB !!!

Note... I do believe other management could bring out value here!!
