i would suspect that a r/s is the next order of business for this company, and that the shares issued to mr. wang and other parties will not be subject to that split due to antidilution clauses in their corporate transaction agreement. that would actually make perfect sense for the new management to do, and that way they would then control 90% of the company. right now, mr. Wang does not have "controlling" interest in the company, as the number of shares he owns is not in excess of 50% of the new os figure. folks need to analyze this very carefully. dolv is gonna surprise ya.
