Don't try to deceive with your post title. The lawsuit is regarding Jenna posting derogatory remarks about another poster. IHub is only mentioned in the suit and IMO IHUB acted promptly and correctly by immediately removing the message in question.

"[1] InvestorHub.Com immediately removed the chat room message shortly after the particular message was published. Notwithstanding this fact, many on-line investors saw and read the message on InvestorHub.Com before it was removed."

Guess it's getting dangerous not only to slander companies, but also to slander individual posters.
