FWIW, the last P&D consisted of a few hundred million shares being front loaded (see the end of December) at the .0007 price range with no price movement, and then they pumped and dumped those shares.

If the dilutor follows the same MO, wait for that volume spike before loading up. They will probably drop the price by about 50% to do it, otherwise there will be too much overhead resistance with the bagholders trying to get out.
