I'll never understand the short term swings in these stocks - i honestly don't know how traders do it on a consistent basis
fgen is perplexing because it doesn't seem like they need the money. they had nearly 350M end of 2016 and last year burned 70M total. Are they really expecting FG-3019 costs to pick up that much? Just cautious? are they planning to acquire an asset? I don't get it
if it is related to 3019 then bullish obviously it means the data is looking good and they plan to expand trials significantly - that's the only rationale i have for the move up w the offering
