are you talking the F and F warrants held by the GOV

why would they toss away all this income -- or why would they not instead issue the new shares and over night give F enough capital to stand on its own

??

Please explain why they are worthless to GOV or frankly to US if used to bring capital to F quickly and free up capital to not fear the reduction in value of DTA and to get dividends on preferred and common stock that much sooner?
