It's a warning for Buyer Beware. Kind of like buying a house or a car "as is" without the benefit of an inspection. When and if they finally report they will still be one period behind, but the STOP sign will come off and there will be a bounce until another reporting period is late by 60 days. This is a tough one. Great potential held down by incompetence. GLTY.
