LIGA is trading on fundamentals not technicals right now. LIGA is a story stock. Anyway trading off RSI is very tricky. I was recently in a stock I got in the 004's and the RSI was above 80 that day. The RSI stayed well above 80 and close to 90 for 8 consecutive trading days and the stock price shot up to 3 cents. IMO, you'll regret this sell.
