Other issues besides sampling Excelsior ore

What percentage of the JV has Brian negotiated and how much is he planning to spend to uphold the proposed agreement? While 40% would be extraordinary this is a pivotal question for Brian surely must be the junior partner to my understanding.

Additionally I see no verified public information disclosed that Mcfarland and Robertson have the right to mine yet in the Mt Baker/Snoqualmie National Forest. While it's certainly possible there is permission staked I have yet to read of a mining greenlight in an official release anywhere...how long are they permitted to even explore the area, starting and finishing when. It won't be open ended in a national forest! Quite likely it will need ongoing renegotiation each year with park authorities or something similar.

What does the ill fated Cambodia project have to do with all this? Does the property in Cambodia enter into the negotiations, if so to what extent.

Very early days, while the industry is red hot these questions and many more will need to be answered clearly for any binding agreement to close on a Mcfarland/Robertson deal. We are waiting on legalese ink to dry and IMHO extensive tricky maneouvering on all sides. Patience mucho moolah under the gavel...
