I know OCP or whatever his name is contacted everyone involved and EVERYONE has the same story. My question is from post #32257 where he says Mr. Hanks does NOT own that 250 acres or at least that is what the tax records say. Would purchasing the land be part of the $450 million cost or DOES HANKS OWN THAT LAND???

The copied version of the e-mail does not show the KPE logo as it does in my g-mail, but I like the fact that it is confirmed and they are "performing" which to me says they are moving forward with this!!
