It's a circular argument chasing one published article after another and say this document is proof of this other article of where and how much of the money has gone. It all comes back to what is in the protected documents and accountability somewhere in some accounting department in the government.
That was the problem with Obama care is the lack of plans and budget. They were writing checks like from an impress/slush fund or whatever it's called but there should be a check book to look at.
