correct they want to share the costs of drilling with another partner - but having spent US$35m on seismic already and seeing the cost of Drilling the well have fallen to only US$40m due to low oil price one would think they might go for it on their own if no partner can be acquired until March 2018. We'll see, I have only Money invested here which I am prepared to lose if everything goes wrong, in the success case the potential gain is massive!
