I think you are right...this is from Rusty last Nov:
"Orie is a really good guy. The taxes to trade in Europe are quite high so he was looking for a company here he could grow into. He wants to go to audited reporting and move the company up the ladder."

I think we are all ready for that ladder and have supported the company buying a lot of these extra shares...will be interesting to see what the float is now as I hope the company was getting some of those also to keep the float #'s down for them and us.
