Agree. Their balance sheet from 15 to 16 didn't change much. Obviously they issued a ton of shares of April of 16 - 5billion that all went to company directors(presumably as compensation due to job revenues). Somehow the sheet stayed essentially the same without revenue in 16 and this was about .10 in sept of last year - after a bulk of those 5billion were already issued and on the books.

Let's just hope the PR for next week is accompanied with an 8k for a closing of the deal and OH in production. 2 best catalysts we could ask for.
