If they have the 450 million you think this stock will be trading this low ????? Like how pessimist some people can be.. a Loan can easily be obtain by private lenders banks and more you think everything in the us gets build and start to get build with big bucks ??? Big plans are the first step second it's architectural 3 it's finding the funds with the architectural possibilities forth let it get build...
