How can it be poor decision? its one thing the partnership fell through that I could live with its another for them to say the company ceased to exist the year prior when in reality dinelly is still going concern and back to the January pr of getting $10mill secured then suddenly its not and in February since they need audited financials and there once again looking to secure $10mill these are not mistakes billion dollar companies make nor should it be for pink co either its not even mistake its pull the wool over investors eyes and hope they don't notice
