Someone has actual thought on the potential court case?
Cause to me it looks like Wicks failed in doing his DD before acquiring Arrowhead Advertising and he realize the assets isnt worth what he tought and wont make has much money either.
How can you sue on inacurate financial projections when they indeed are only projections? The defense attorney can easily say that it's the management fault if revenue arent their. Sounds weird to me to say the least.
''More specifically we contend that the TCA Global Master Credit Fund L.P., failed to
release escrow funds, provided inaccurate financial projections and failed to disclose
debts related to the assets among other things. TCA responded on March 29, 2017 by
sending us a notice of default with a 10 day notice to cure by paying all fees TCA claims
without offset of the monies the company has claimed is owed by TCA.''
