When looking back at the latest 10K I noticed that we are coming up on 120 mark where ENN will have to either publish a proxy statement or an amendment on the Annual Report. I reviewed the terms of a standstill agreement and hostile bid on Investopedia

From March 21 (for Dec 31) 10k

"If the registrant files a definitive proxy statement relating to its 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders with the Commission not later than 120 days after December 31, 2016, portions of such definitive proxy statement will be incorporated by reference into Part III of this Annual Report on Form 10-K where indicated. However, if such definitive proxy statement is not filed with the Commission in such 120-day period, the registrant will file an amendment to this Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Commission not later than the end of such 120-day period to include the information required by Part III of Form 10-K."

We know Ichan has interest in taking over ENZN but it was halted by a standstill agreemnt. But ENZN has 120 after Dec 31 to publish a proxy statement to the SEC or an amendment.

So on February 14, an amendment was submitted but I'm confused as to who its directed to? Its hard for me to understand the way these documents are written.

Now, we are still within the 120 day period. If Feb 14 amendment isn't directed at Carls ownership (help me out folks) then we can expect another amendment to the latest 10k or a proxy war! (proxy statement) where we as shareholders can vote out the current leadership.

If the Feb 14 amendment is directed at Carl then I'm assuming he is no longer holding shares (again I need assistance with this research.) BUT! According to OTC markets insiders tab Carl is still the owner of those same shares he hasn't sold!

Besides all this, I still hold interest because 1. ENZN is still recieving a lot of interest from various articles and analyst predictions. Did ENZN update thier website? Also, this is a good ROI for those of us still holding the bag but over time we should be getting back most if not all or more of our investmet. What do you all think?
