Why does it have to be a Phase II study? I was under the impression that perhaps PPHM and the SRB were attempting to test Bavi and Rib together as a combo study without IFN. It can be a Phase Ib protocol testing escalating doses of Bavi. Perhaps the delay in the combo study hinges on early results from the repeat dose study underway. Did you, all, anyone get that impression from the last CC?

PPHM could proceed IF, IF they are conducting Rib + Bavi preclinical studies to support an IND for this combo....I think the HCV population is willing to try new treatment options without IFN.
