8K filing from 10 May

increase the number of authorized shares of the Company’s common stock from 1,500,000,000 shares, par value $0.0001, to 3,000,000,000 shares, par value $0.0001 to be effective at a date to be determined by the Company’s board of directors on or prior to May 31, 2017

I'm guessing this happened on the 22nd when the next 10K and 8K were dropped.
