Same fee at fidelity beginning about a month or so ago.....settlement time is only a "concern" for those that trade off of other trades. If "settled" funds are used to buy a security it can be sold anytime after being bought without penalty.


The key is to have enough "settled" cash in said account to cover the original buy. Leaves some very small accounts at a disadvantage......but hey, most folks don't understand this and miss profits or swing to losses because they think they have to hold for 3 days.



Btw- Owcp not a good showing in regards to the sp today...still down for the week.
