The new company will be a standalone company, as that was always the intend that Tony wanted.

As for the debt carryover...that is the big question. I don't know much to say about this one, but personally...my thinking is that it will be carried over, but there isn't very much debt, as far as I know.

However, there remains the question about the St. George investment that they borrowed $500,000...it has not been answered.

The CP Capital....Are they even still in the picture? It has not been answered.

Can't wait for the SHM and I do hope they hold it this month. The waiting is getting a bit irritating.
