Or maybe it was a "Address the TMax concern before we can even consider the abuse deterrent data" type situation? I wonder if there are different sets of teams that review these apps. Do you have to get in on a "good" day to get the right team? More/less leniency? Admittedly a total guess but the lack of consistency makes one wonder.

I do agree Elite should've already had an AdCom, especially if Inspiron is clearly not BE either. Doesn't appear to be very fair to me!
