Don't get me wrong, I applaud Ronin buying and increasing the share price along with it. Had it not been for the unexplained use of the ATM during the same period, RS discussion could possibly be a thing of the past.

Think about it, rather than stop selling shares into a rally, the company chose to continue to dilute and now has to waste time appealing to Nasdaq. That time could be better spent elsewhere. Sure, they are considering multiple paths to avoid delisting (one of them mentioned to be an RS). This management team cannot help but trip over themselves.
