Possibly BK, but if they go to BK Court again it may be liquidation versus reorganization. Centuries old companies have seen a lot of good and bad times. And, the ones still operating today have learned and relearned to adapt to the changing times. I still remember the Sears and Roebuck catalogs. I think, Sears is not done yet.
