Who the fk knows... OTC is a scam. The only people who win in the OTC are people who are lucky and people who have an illegal inside game. I learned that years ago. I am here just to watch the fireworks.

No accountability for MMs, companies, large posters on forums, the forums themselves, lenders, etc.
