I can't give a solid date on 10k as I've done in past and been wrong. All I can do is keep building the company so when 10k is filed we'll have much to share. It can't be much longer.

We're making progress on both coal and MMJ. I could give a flurry of updates but they would be sidetracked by lack of 10K. At this point it looks like the stock has some support and is waiting. Putting news out now with the filing imminent will take away from my plan to attract institutions.

I believe you will be pleased at our progress, once it's evident.

Take what you will from this. My email was pretty direct and to the point lol. At least he answered. Oatmeal is better than no meal.

I'm staying with NEWC. I still believe in the potential and possibility.
