Doesn't matter, that's 15 million shares on the open market on top of Aspire and now the new investors. Exactly why the stock is in the toilet. Not enough demand due to poor management decisions with a cash position that's depleted. 1.5 million is the monthly burn-rate... Good luck covering those costs at .94.
