They were denied the motion to reconsider because they have to go through the process again now that they are awarded the rights to the patent.

Who makes an account called SuxAmbi and pays for a message board subscription and starts posting the day an 8k is supposed to come out?

What is your motive? You aren't some crusader here to warn us paying money for some forum subscription.
